Erin F. • Co-founder and President
I co-founded Oasis Fertility Support Network because after living through a 10 year fertility journey, I knew deep down I had to do something to support others through their fertility treatment and create community so no one would feel alone in the struggle. It was through a local support group, where I found a community of people that understood and helped get me through it, that I envisioned a world where this community could exist everywhere, for anyone.
Beyond my role as a volunteer with Oasis, I’m a dedicated professional, serving as Vice President of Employee Benefits at my firm where we service and support small- to medium-sized companies with their employee benefit plans. With over a decade of experience, I craft innovative employee benefit solutions to enhance workplace well-being and employee satisfaction.
My commitment to both corporate wellness and fertility support exemplifies my dedication to improving lives. With my education background in communications, I love any opportunity to speak and inspire by storytelling and increasing awareness.
I spent a number of years travelling overseas in the South Pacific islands doing volunteer work and leadership training, where I met my life partner Daniel.
If I find some spare time, I enjoy travelling and being by the water in any shape or form, snuggling my French bulldog, spending time with my family, eating mexican food… and I have a hard time turning down a glass of red wine.

Tiffany B. • Co-founder and Vice President
In the fast-paced world of advertising and marketing communications, I found a career that allowed me to share perspectives and make an impact. Over the past decade, I’ve used my skills and passion to contribute meaningfully to the not-for-profit sector supporting intellectual and developmental services.
Amidst my professional fulfillment, I faced a deeply personal challenge. A diagnosis of unexplained infertility made my dream of starting a family feel unattainable, but I embarked on a journey marked by hope, resilience, and determination.
Through medicated cycles and unsuccessful rounds of IUI, we experienced heartbreak and disappointment. The decision to pursue IVF was not easy, but our determination carried us forward. I endured the physical demands and obstacles, and in the end, perseverance brought us the most precious gift—our son.
In March 2024, we pursued a second round of IVF in hopes of expanding our family. This path brought additional challenges, including several failed transfers. By 2025, I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and underwent laparoscopic surgery to remove a 13-centimeter endometrioma, an experience that deepened my understanding of both the physical and emotional toll of infertility.
Throughout this journey, I found solace and strength in a community of women who shared my struggles and dreams. Their support became a beacon of hope, guiding me through the darkest moments and inspiring me to co-found Oasis Fertility Support Network. With a heart full of empathy and a desire to support others on their fertility journeys, I committed myself to building a sanctuary where community, support, education and resources uplift and empower individuals facing similar challenges.

Caley S. • Executive Committee - Director of Communications
I was so happy to join the Oasis executive board as Director of Communications with the hope of giving back to the wonderful community I discovered on my fertility journey. I don’t know how I would have gotten through the hardest days without them. I spent years with the super fun “unexplained infertility” diagnosis, constantly being told everything looked great… yet nothing was working. Three rounds of IVF later, a laparoscopy surgery revealed endometriosis as well as - surprise! - a septate uterus. Through it all, with the help of this community, I never stopped fighting for answers and advocating for myself.
In my work life, I’m an Associate Creative Director in advertising specializing in healthcare communications. I’m all about making complicated information feel accessible and look beautiful. My master’s degree in literature instilled in me a profound appreciation for the power of storytelling to captivate attention, transcend barriers and drive meaningful connections. After all, support group is where we come to tell our stories and to learn from the stories of others in the community – I think there’s a lot of power in that.

Lindsay R. • Executive Committee - Director of Support and Care
I’m a Registered Social Worker specializing in perinatal mental health with a focus on grief and bereavement after pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, struggles with fertility, new parenthood and life transitions. I’m passionate about supporting women, birthing persons and their families through their journey.
My own journey to motherhood was not a smooth or linear one. I experienced struggles with fertility as well as pregnancy losses, and after having my son, I recognized a need for more support during this critical time within a family system. This realization propelled me toward specialized training and ignited a passion for helping support families.
I have advanced training in perinatal mood disorders, perinatal substance use, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I am also certified as a compassionate bereavement care provider.
I’m a founding director of Oasis serving in our executive committee as our Director of Support and Care, ensuring everyone who volunteers for Oasis is supported in their role.

Sarah S. • Executive Committee - Secretary
I’m passionate about advocacy and education surrounding fertility and personal wellness, and I apply that passion daily as an office coordinator at a large wellness centre. My training is as a teacher, where I gained extensive people and communication skills. I’m enthusiastic about volunteer work and I find satisfaction in helping others navigate their fertility challenges.
I’m a fertility warrior and mama through adoption. I’m also an avid camper, fur-mom and world traveler. I discovered Oasis when I was in my darkest space and had lost all hope of becoming a mother. With the help of the community at Oasis, I found my light again and was able to move through to the other side of my fertility journey.
I’m a conversation starter for the infertility support group, I’m happy to jump in whenever a helping hand is needed and I’m always up for a new project. I look forward to being a long-time team member with Oasis and building community, support and understanding for all the fertility warriors!

Adam C. • Executive Committee - Treasurer
I'm Adam and I’m a CPA, CA with a career focused on financial
leadership, strategic planning, and governance. Professionally, I spend much of my time in spreadsheets and forecasting models, helping organizations plan for growth and long-term sustainability. Joining the board of Oasis allows me to apply those same skills in service of something more personal. My wife and I have been on our fertility journey for several years. Like many, we’ve experienced the uncertainty, loss of control, and emotional complexity that can come with trying to build a family. Volunteering my time is one way I can take back some of that control, by helping strengthen the systems, advocacy, and support networks that make the journey a little less isolating for others.
As Treasurer, my goal is to ensure the organization remains financially strong, transparent, and sustainable so it can continue expanding its impact. I’m committed to responsible stewardship of donor funds, thoughtful planning for growth, and building the financial foundation needed to support more individuals and families in the years ahead.
When I’m not in front of my computer, you can usually find me on a walk with my wife, watching or playing sports, or spending time with my dog, Memphis.

Meagan M. • Board Member
I’ve been on my own TTC journey for almost three years, facing numerous challenges and obstacles along the way. While I’m still navigating my journey, I feel strongly compelled to help others who are experiencing the same struggles. I initially found Oasis through their in-person support groups, which have been an incredible source of support for me. It’s been a transformative experience, and I’m thrilled to now serve on the Oasis FSN Board of Directors, where I can work to create meaningful change and help others on their own paths to parenthood.
As an Advanced Care Paramedic for nearly a decade, I’ve gained a deep understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology and how to navigate complex healthcare systems. These skills have been invaluable in my own TTC journey, allowing me to advocate for myself and make informed decisions. Now, as a member of the Board, I’m passionate about using my professional experience to guide others through the medical and emotional challenges they face. I’m dedicated to helping build a supportive community where everyone can find the resources and encouragement they need. -
Marisa B. • Board Member
Following a battle with cancer that took my ability to become pregnant, I took on two surrogacy journeys in the pursuit of motherhood. Along the way, I became a community pillar, sharing my journey online to millions of people and guiding others in their own journeys with words of encouragement and advice.
As more and more intended parents began to lament to me that they wanted accessible A to Z surrogacy support, I saw a gap in the industry and from there, my company Defining Journeys was born. Defining Journeys is a space intended parents can go to for support from their earliest surrogacy questions, to matching, all the way through to the postpartum phase.
I'm bringing my unique perspective to the Oasis board and I hope to help many intended parents through Oasis!

Joy K. • Board Member
As an intended single mom by choice, I bring a unique perspective to the board. I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve at the age of 38 and I have been actively trying to build my family for almost 5 years. I never expected my journey to last this long. My DOR diagnosis has challenged me in ways I could not imagine.
The women I’ve met in support groups have provided me with invaluable encouragement, compassion and strength. This incredible community has been my greatest support system through countless IVF cycles, 4 IUIs and one pregnancy loss. I believe in the power of shared experiences and connecting with others who just get it. I joined Oasis because I want to give back to a cause that holds deep significance for me.
Professionally, I am a litigation lawyer with over a decade of experience advocating for the needs of my clients. I understand the importance of clear communication and effective listening when navigating complex situations. I can effectively deal with sensitive topics with empathy, compassion and professionalism.
I’m one of the hosts of Fertility Village Live. With a commitment to advocacy and empowerment, I aim to help others find their voice and navigate the complexities of facing their own fertility challenges. Knowledge is power and nobody should feel alone.
